Rules for Cancellling
✓ ‘No show’, when the guest books and doesn’t show up, according to legislation, will lead to the loss of booking and no return of the deposit money.
✓ In case of holidays, leaving in advance won’t give you any discount in the total price.
✓ The cancellation of booking, no matter the reason, will lead to the loss of the ammount already paid.
✓ However, it’s possible to return the deposit money if presented a written request 15 days before the date chosen for check-in, in order to make it possible for us to rearrange the booking to another guest. Between 14 and 7 days, a credit valid for 6 months will be given. From 6 days on to ckeck-in, no refund will be possible.Any changes in order will be analysed.
Rules for Booking
✓ There is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation value to be done right after booking.
✓ The booking can be done through credit card or bank transfer. We do not accept ckeck.
✓ The service tax of 10% ( optional) is not included, if you wish not to pay it, please inform in advance.
✓ Smoking is not alowed in the cottages and lodges.
✓ The hotel doesn’t accept pets of any kind and its right to refuse to host a guest that brings it.
✓ Please request extra beds 24 hours before check-in.
✓ Check-in time: from 2 PM on.
✓ Check out time: before or until noon.
✓ We do not have a baby crib.
